To be the first choice mechanical and electrical supplier at Heathrow, providing safe, professional and valued delivery in everything we do, thus achieving £5m turnover by 2016 through excellence: first time, every-time.
Our Current Objectives
• Develop and implement improved Health and Safety policies, procedures and processes which continue to support and embed a safe working environment.
• Achieve 100,000 working hours without a lost time injury.
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures and processes to support excellence first time every time.
• Communicate the business, vision, values and objectives throughout the team.
• Win Heathrow development works with at least 2 delivery integrators.
• Establish and embed the foundations of ISO9001 principles.
Our staff are provided with regular and on-going training opportunities in all areas. The more skilled and informed a workforce are, the better the results they achieve, for themselves, our business and our customers. Beyond updates around core trade skills and trade specific developments, we train personnel in areas that add to the scope and range of services we can offer. This gives our clients access to some versatile and effective resources. It also means that for work at Heathrow we have the necessary training and certification to work in areas of restricted access, a privilege that is time-consuming and expensive to obtain, but invaluable in allowing us to better serve our clients.
We and/or our team members are members and associates of a variety of professional and trade bodies as well as having a number of significant accreditations. Through these links we add to our abilities to stay up-to-date with professional, technical and legislative developments as well as enhancing our staff training options.
It goes without saying that work that must be carried out by a registered and/or certified person will be. If you want us to work with gas, that will be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer and so on throughout the relevant trades and statutory requirements.
